We offer free introductory sessions at West Indy Speed. This session will need to be scheduled in advance to make sure a trainer is available. This intro will take about an hour and we will assess running/ movement mechanics and also we will do a strength and conditioning  assessment. We will then be able to discuss how you as an athlete move and then go over a game plan based on what we evaluate as a staff.
